Bistro md is a home diet delivery program specializing in low calorie gourmet food. They strive to provide their customers with nutritionally balanced diet food that tastes great - not like normal diet food.
The food is freshly made by their very own chefs and delivered directly to your residence, which virtually eliminates your need for grocery shopping. Some of their gourmet meals include turkey with canberry sauce, north atlantic pollock, beef stir fry, grilled teryaki salmon, and chicken fajita.

How Does Bistro MD Work?
As a new customer of Bistromd com, you would select which one of their four home diet delivery plans you would like to proceed with. Once you have made your meal plan decision, you place your order online or by calling their toll-free customer service number. Your order would be processed, and you would start receiving your meals on a weekly basis. You will continue to receive meals delivered weekly until you cancel your membership, and you will be charged accordingly.
What Do I Get and How Much Does it Cost?
Bistro MD gives you 4 different meal options that are delivered on weekly basis. Each option comes with access to their dieticians and weekly program material:
Option #1 - $179.95
Full Week with snacks = breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks per day for 7 days
Option #2 - $159.95
Full Week without snacks = breakfast, lunch, dinner per day for 7 days
Option #3 - $144.95
Work Week with snacks = breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks per day for 5 days
Option #4 - $129.95
Work Week without snacks = breakfast, lunch, dinner per day for 5 days
