How Does Nutrisystem Work?
If you were starting the Nutrisystem diet delivery, you would first choose your plan and food. There are 4 different plans for men and women. With their system you will be able to pick your own 28-day menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert for each day). You have the option to order one 28-day program or select auto-delivery for recurring monthly deliveries at a discount. Once your order is processed your food will be delivered to you within a few days along with a results kit. You are not required to count carbs, calories, or points. Nutrisystem provides you with a meal planner, and you combine some grocery items for a healthy, balanced diet. The system teaches you portion control and to eat often in a day's time to assist in the prevention of cravings.

The most popular plan for men or women. The men's plan features hearty "man food."
Silver - as low as $10.71 per day
A meal plan designed for men and women over the age of 60, and it is designed to regain vitality.
Diabetic - as low as $10.71 per day
This plan is designed to help you lose weight safely as a diabetic with low-glycemic, diabetic-friendly foods, and frequent meal times.
vegetarian - as low as $10.71 per day
The only prepackaged vegetarian weight loss available today. It contains over 60 different great-tasting vegetarian foods.

Would You Recommend Nutrisystem?
We recommend Nutrisystem. Because of its popularity and infamous TV commercials, it was no problem at all to find people with opinions about the Nutrisystem diet food delivery system. We did not find anyone who used the program and did not lose weight. Some users did not like the food; therefore, quit immediately without results. It is obvious to us that if you use the system as directed you will experience weight loss to some degree.
Note: A small percentage of Nutrisystem users complain about the taste of the food. Also, you will be required to purchase some fresh groceries items as part of the Nutrisystem plan to add to the prepackaged meals you receive from them.
